One platform for the entire investor relationship.

Everything between a private fund and its investors, from the first subscription to the final redemption, in one system. Forged with three decades of alternative investment experience and built on AI that facilitates every step of the process.

From first subscription to final redemption

One investor record carries every stage, so nothing is retyped, re-requested or reconciled between systems. Pick a stage to see it.

  1. Auto-configuration
The configurator: a subscription agreement page with the wiring-instructions question and its answer fields outlined on the PDF

Upload the subscription agreement you already use. Subdoc builds the guided form from it in minutes, with every field mapped back to the exact location it came from. You review the result; nothing is rebuilt by hand.

An assistant that knows the documents

Available to administrators, fund managers and investors, with answers drawn from the fund’s own documents and data, scoped to what each person is allowed to see.

  • Which investors contributed the most capital over the last twelve months? Give me the top five.Fund manager
  • Why does this section ask whether I’m a fund of funds?Investor, mid-form

Forged with three decades of alternative investment experience

Built on AI that facilitates every step of the process.

Experience

Thirty years of private fund operations: fund NAV, closes, compliance files, subscription process, side letters, capital statements, redemptions, and everything that goes wrong between them. Subdoc was designed by people who have done each step by hand.

Knowledge

That experience is written into the workflows. What a controller needs to see before approving. What counsel needs preserved in the executed document. What a compliance reviewer must record. What an investor needs to finish in one sitting.

Technology

AI that turns any subscription agreement, LPA or side letter into a working digital process, with every answer traceable to the page it came from. One investor record across every fund. Approvals, signatures, statements and redemptions in one system.

Built for the people who run the fund

Four groups touch every investor relationship. Choose yours.

The problem

Every client on a different stack of tools, and a lot of email in between

Subscription agreements in one place, KYC in another, statements from a third, and the investor asking you which one to log into.

  • Every fund, every investor, one system

Each investor exists once, with profile, documents, verification and holdings across every fund you administer.

  • Onboarding to redemption from one screen

Subscriptions, approvals, signatures, statements and redemptions run from the same record, with live status instead of a chase by email.

  • Statements and compliance in the same record

Capital statements, performance and the compliance file sit on the investor, ready for an auditor or a client.

Questions a fund controller asks first

Do we have to rebuild our subscription agreement?

No. Upload the PDF you already use. Subdoc reads it and maps every field to the page it came from, so the executed document is your document, not a template.

Where is our data stored?

In the US by default, with an EU deployment available. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every subprocessor that touches it is published with its certifications.

Does the AI train on our documents?

No. Our AI providers contractually commit to not using your documents or data to train their models.

How is investor identity verified?

Through an independently certified identity provider, with sanctions, PEP and watchlist screening. Each person is checked once and the result is reused across the funds they invest in.

Can our existing compliance firm use it?

Yes. Subdoc is the platform where all investor data lives, and your own compliance firm does the compliance work inside it. They run the screening, review the results, record their findings, and make the approve or decline decision, instead of relying on Subdoc's compliance team.

What does it cost?

Pricing is by proposal after a demo, scaled to the number of funds you administer, manage or advise.

Bring one subscription agreement to the demo. We upload it live and follow an investor from first form to first statement.
